Malt Grinder
The malt grinder is simple design, it has one pair of pull-wire roller, they will rotate correspondingly, the rotation speed of one roller is fixed, speed of the other is adjustable. To make sure the malt are well distributed on the whole rooler, the feeding capacity should be moderate and feeding speed is accordant.
Equipment characteristics
- Grinder roller is horizontal type, seay for feeding product to grinding area, easy for disassembly;
- Gear drive for quick and slow rollers, higher efficiency, stable running, lower noise;
- Automatic center ball bearing for grinder roller to assure the concentric rotation, can bear high speed rotation and high pressure of the roller.
