Tube in tube Jam heater

Tubular heat exchanger is to weld both ends of tube-sheet directly together with the shell.

Consist of shell, tube sheet, pipe bundle, closure head etc. The pipe bundles are installed in the shell, both ends of pipe bundle are fixed to the tube sheet by welding, expanded joint or expanded and welded tube joint. Use bolt to tight the tube sheet outer surrounding and cover flange.

Tube in tube heater simple structure, low cost, easy to manufacture and easy maintenance, but difficult to clean the shell side, there is temperature difference after pipe bundle manufacture. We shall install expansion piece on the shell when there is large temperature difference between heat exchanger tube and shell.
